Welcome to TrueKind Studios. By using this website or booking any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

TrueKind Studios is an interior design studio providing consultations, interior design services, space planning, furniture sourcing and related design services.

2. Booking

Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings where necessary.

3. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Consultation fees are payable in full at the time of booking.

  • Design projects may require staged payments as outlined within individual client proposals.

  • Outstanding invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.

Late payments may result in delays to services.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

If less than 48 hours' notice is given, we reserve the right to retain the consultation fee.

Where applicable under UK consumer law, cancellation rights will apply.

If you expressly request that services begin during your statutory cooling-off period, you acknowledge that your cancellation rights may be reduced or lost once the service has been fully performed.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

For eligible consultation services only, if you genuinely believe you have not received valuable professional advice during your consultation, please raise this before the consultation concludes.

Where appropriate, TrueKind Studios may provide either:

  • additional guidance during the consultation; or

  • a full refund.

This guarantee applies only to consultation services and not to full design projects or third-party purchases.

6. Design Recommendations

Recommendations are based upon information provided by the client together with professional judgement.

The client remains responsible for:

  • purchasing decisions

  • contractor selection

  • obtaining planning permission where required

  • building regulation compliance

  • installation and construction work

7. Third-Party Suppliers

We may recommend products, tradespeople or suppliers.

TrueKind Studios accepts no responsibility for products, workmanship, delivery times or services supplied by third parties.

Any agreement with third-party suppliers is between the client and that supplier.

8. Intellectual Property

All drawings, concepts, mood boards, layouts, documents, images and written recommendations remain the intellectual property of TrueKind Studios unless otherwise agreed in writing.

They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

9. Photography

With your permission, we may photograph completed projects for use on our website, portfolio and social media.

We will never publish your address or personal information without consent.

10. Website Information

Whilst every effort is made to ensure information is accurate, we cannot guarantee the website will always be free from errors or interruptions.

Information on this website should not be relied upon as professional or technical advice without booking a consultation.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueKind Studios shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
